Hotel Tannenhof Zermatt

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, exceeding my expectations for the price. The breakfast provided was a nice touch and the staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our last-minute laundry request. Additionally, the hotel's location near the main street and shops, as well as bakeries and the church, made it very convenient.

We had a cozy stay at a hotel located in the heart of the village. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and cute, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay in Zermatt. The room was clean and filled with the scent of flowers, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the hotel offered storage for our ski equipment, very convenient. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices, although some of the hot food was cold. Despite a few downsides, I would still recommend this hotel for a stay in Zermatt.

The owner, Christiane, was extremely friendly and provided us with valuable information and tips about sightseeing in the area. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a varied and delicious selection. a fantastic experience for us as a group of friends.

We stayed in a quiet area, not far from the train station, making it easy to explore Zermatt. The location was conveniently located next to the church, providing a picturesque atmosphere. The room was simple and clean, equipped with a sink for added convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with taxi calls and even bringing coffee to the lobby. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of options including local bread, cheese, and soft-boiled eggs.

The floors were a bit creaky, making it slightly challenging to sleep in the morning when other guests were walking in the hallway.

Right in the centre of town, close to all the interesting tourist places near it. Cleanliness was perfect, with large fluffy towels provided in the shared bathroom. The breakfast buffet was tasty and satisfying, with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service from the moment we arrived.
